We have been working for you as a technical service provider (formerly MICS International GmbH) since 2014. Our portfolio includes services for quality assurance, preventive maintenance, and diagnosis of plant conditions. We check compliance with all technical quality standards and individual customer requirements worldwide, according to your specifications, and support you in your acceptance procedures, whether in the presence of your customer or during quality control of your suppliers.
Thanks to our global network of technical specialists and our own testing equipment, we can offer you tailor-made solutions at attractive conditions, as long journeys and travel times, including overnight stays, are often eliminated. Taking into account national and international regulations, norms, and standards, our experts test or monitor the relevant components and systems according to your specifications. Our engineers are experienced and familiar with all local conditions and international regulations, such as ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, ISO, EN, and DIN.
Of course, we also check your suppliers’ delivery dates on your behalf and inform you immediately of any delays or late deliveries.
The test results are documented in a detailed report, including informative photo documentation, in German or English. Detailed and reliable advice on the test results and solutions is naturally part of our service, as are fair quotation calculations and thorough preparation for the test assignment.
